Artist Statement

I specialize in handmade functional stoneware pottery using hand building, wheel throwing and homemade glazes. I enjoy working with texture by using pressings from nature as well as experimenting with found objects and modern lines.  I especially love the unique shapes hand building allows. My ceramics provide both function and beauty to the home.
